By accessing or using Fest Connect, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the App

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
2. Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
3. Attempt to hack, copy, or interfere with the App's services.

4. Wallet & Payments

1. Wallet money will not be refunded once added or used.
2. Platform fees (including our service charges) are non-refundable.
3. Fest Connect is only a facilitator of payments; we are not responsible for disputes between students and colleges.
4. If you want a refund of your fest ticket, kindly contact the respective college administration directly. Fest Connect is not responsible for processing or managing such refunds.

5. Event Participation & Document Uploads

1. Any personal documents (e.g., ID cards, student proof) you upload are solely as per the respective college's request.
2. Fest Connect does not store, sell, or use such documents for personal purposes.
3. Colleges are solely responsible for verifying documents.

6. Location Services & Demography

1. Location data may be collected for demographic purposes only.
2. Fest Connect does not use your location for advertisements or brand deals.
3. Colleges may access anonymized demographic insights for crowd management on the day of their fest.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All trademarks, logos, and content on Fest Connect are owned by us or our licensors.
2. Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Fest Connect provides services without warranties of any kind.
2. We are not responsible for event cancellations, delays, or damages caused by colleges, organizers, or third-party partners.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of updated Terms.
